What We Do

2D, 3D & 4D Prenatal Imaging

Here at Peek A View Baby we offer high quality non-diagnostic prenatal imaging since 2018. 2D, 3D, 4D w/HD LIVE ultrasound is available with latest equipment in HD LIVE. The purpose of this service is to support bonding between expecting families and baby. Since this is not a medical service it will not replace any routine prenatal care. Our goal is provide a memorable experience the whole family will enjoy. This is more than a transaction for us and we will always treat your family like ours. We also have a maternity store where you can shop for gender reveal items, heartbeat teddy bears, maternity clothes and much more. Our large scan room can seat 10 comfortably with additional seating available. We have not one, but two 50 inch 4k HD TV's to ensure that everyone in your group gets to see baby. All ages are welcome as we have an adjacent kids area for children who might become restless during your visit.

Return and Refund Policy

Our return/ refund policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been longer than 30 days and the item is new and unused in its original packaging you can get a store credit. To initiate a return or refund you will need to submit a request to 757peekaviewbaby@gmail.com please include receipt or transaction number. Because we are a small business returns/refunds are subject to approval. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned please submit a request prior to sending your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and photo evidence is required within 14 days of receiving shipment. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 757peekaviewbaby@gmail.com and send your item to: 920 South Battlefield BLVD Suite 100 Chesapeake VA 23322.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 920 South Battlefield BLVD Suite 100 Chesapeake VA 23322.

You will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
